Suzan Hart Grand Canyon

Over the years I have come to view my health as a journey rather than a destination… a life long journey and the foundation for my success. When I say health I am referring to my ability to maintain a consistent flow of energy to my physical, emotional, spiritual, financial self. All life is energy and health is available when energy is able to freely flow, uninterrupted to the necessary area of one’s life.

The reality is the flow of energy is stopped by unnecessary clutter.

Clutter can be emotional, showing up as unresolved issues and negative mind chatter. It can be physical, manifesting in poor health due to environmental toxin and poor diet, or equally as debilitating physical knots and tension created by emotional stress. Clutter can be spiritual and is most often the result a busy, hectic life, where little time is spent being still and connecting to one’s higher source. Finally, clutter is often financial, occurring in over spending, unpaid bills and the disarray that comes from poor money management.   No matter the source the method I use to restore my flow of energy is cleansing. The act of eliminating unwanted clutter and restoring a clearing for the flow of positive abundant energy.

Twelve years ago I was forced to stop and evaluate my health.

Working long hours, I was exhausted, run down, and ten pounds underweight. No matter how long I slept, I never felt rested. On the home front, I was over $50,000 debt, and in a marriage that was failing. I was frustrated, angry and emotionally blocked. I was suffering in silence and holding negative energy. They say that when the student is ready the answer will appear. In September 2003 I committed to a cleansing lifestyle to consistently restore my energy flow;

Nutritional Cleansing for my physical self: This is process of reducing my caloric intake, while using herbs and high quality nutrition to cleanse all the major organs in the body. Effectively cleansing my body balances my system while creating a state of recovery.

Gratitude and forgiveness to cleanse my emotional self: This is a daily commitment to begin and end each day giving thanks. During this practice I acknowledge 10 items I am grateful for. I also give thanks for any challenge the day has provided. I believe that with every challenge is my opportunity to grow and welcome abundance. When I am committed to gratitude I am unable to hold negative energy and forgiveness and letting go is a natural process.

Meditation and reflection to cleanse my spiritual self. This is a commitment to be still and clear the mind of daily chatter for about 15 minutes each day. This can be done sitting, lying down or on a long quite walk. In this stillness I often attract needed solution and creative ideas.

Expand my income rather than shrinking my dreams: This consists of effective budgeting and wealth planning. This is a commitment to live within my means while adopting new money – make my best better approach. Simply put it is learning to set goals that inspire me to create new money and live into my dreams.

I have committed to this practice for the past twelve years. Today I celebrate a sense of abundance in all areas of my life. I invite each reader to embrace a cleansing life style, continuously restore their flow of energy and create their access to abundance and ease. Remember health is a journey never a destination.
