Refund

Due to administrative costs, commissions, coordination of activities, materials printed, hotel contracts and all other business expenses incurred for live events, all event registration fees are non-refundable after 10 days from processing. All refund requests can be made in writing to support@hartzone.com, or by fax to 877 801 4490.

 

Live Events

Event/Ticket pricing includes the cost of training only. All food, travel and accommodation requirements are not included in the event price unless stated in writing by HartZone Inc. All event dates are subject to change due to logistical factors and attendance rate.

 

Online Programs

All Online program purchases are non refundable and non transferable after 10 days from payment processing or once one full module has been completed; whichever comes first. All refund requests can be made in writing to support@hartzone.com, or by fax to 877 801 4490.

 

Books & Other Material Purchases

Any HartZone Inc. media or print product including books, workbooks and cd’s in their original condition may be returned to HartZone Inc. for a full refund of the product cost within 10 business days from purchase. The original receipt and order number is required for all refunds or exchanges. This does not include any 3rd party products.

Any product that is returned missing its original packaging, packing material, or promotional material will not be refunded. HartZone Inc. is not responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item, or damage that may be incurred while shipping.

Participating/completing/purchasing any HartZone Inc. program or product does not guarantee your success. Programs and products are tools for education and skill building purposes only. Each individual’s success is determined, but not limited by their own skill sets, work ethic, commitment, demographics….etc.
